Flow — the unimpeded movement of value through a business
What is Flowology?

A business design practice.
The work: restore flow.

Flow is the unimpeded movement of value through a business — ideas, decisions, work, and revenue — from where they originate to where they're needed, without unnecessary friction or delay.

A well-designed business has it. Most founder-led businesses don't. Not because the founder failed — but because the business was never intentionally designed to create it.

That's what I fix.

A business breaks in one of 4 ways.

A dam — everything stops at the founder
Break 01 — A dam

Everything stops at you.

Decisions, quality, sign-offs — they wait for your involvement before anything moves. The business is productive. It's just not operating without you.

A leak — value escaping before it becomes revenue
Break 02 — A leak

The effort doesn't match the revenue.

Work goes out. Revenue comes in. But your margin doesn't reflect the hours. The team is busy, the output is real — and money is leaving the business before it lands as profit.

Rough terrain — friction in the customer journey
Break 03 — Rough terrain

Prospects go quiet.

People are interested but go quiet between interest and invoice. Clients complete one project and don't return. The friction is real. You just can't see it from inside.

A flood — too much volume for the architecture to hold
Break 04 — A flood

The system can't hold the volume.

Work is coming in, the team is moving, and the architecture can't keep up. Things fall through gaps. Quality varies. Opportunities get missed not because one person is blocking things, but because the whole structure is undersized for what's running through it.

I don't begin with a solution.
I begin with the whole picture.

Where is the business stopping because of you? Where is revenue escaping through gaps in the system — handoffs that don't work, a customer journey that loses people somewhere between interest and invoice, offers that aren't landing the way they should? Where is the experience quietly working against you?

Most consultants come in with an answer before they've understood the question. I start with the performance data — where people are arriving, what's converting, where the customer journey is losing them. Then I look at the structure behind those patterns: where decisions wait for you, where knowledge only exists in your head, where quality holds only because you're watching. The data shows what's broken. The structure shows why.

Then I design what's missing. Decision systems, knowledge systems, quality systems, growth systems. AI runs through all of it — not as a feature, as the infrastructure that makes moving fast possible.

The business flows.
The revenue holds.
The journey works.

Outcome 01

Businesses that flow.

The day-to-day runs without you in the middle of it. Your team makes decisions. Quality holds without your presence. You take three weeks off and come back to a business that's fine.

Outcome 02

Revenue that doesn't leak.

Most founder-dependent businesses are losing revenue they can't see — in the systems, in the handoffs, in the customer journey. I find the holes and close them.

Outcome 03

Customer journeys that work.

Every touchpoint a potential client has with your business — from first impression to final interaction — is either working for you or against you. I design them to work.

From the people I've worked with.

I thought I'd need to hire someone. Lianne showed me I just needed three tools set up differently. I estimate I'm saving about 8 hours a week.

The questions I get asked most.

No. Coaching works on you. I work on the business.

If you're exhausted because everything routes through you, no amount of mindset work fixes that. The design has to change. I won't ask how it makes you feel. I'll ask where decisions get stuck.

You can. But hiring adds a person to a structure that already routes everything through you. Now you're the bottleneck and you're managing someone.

Delegation only works when there's something coherent to delegate into. Building that is the work.

Those are frameworks you install. They work when the framework happens to match the shape of your problem, and you find out whether it did after you've installed it.

I start with the diagnosis. What's breaking, and where. Then I design for that. Sometimes the answer looks like something you'd recognise. Often it doesn't.

I build it.

A report you have to implement yourself is more work routed through the person who's already the bottleneck. That's the problem, not the fix.

That's what the Flow Check is for. Eight questions, under four minutes, free.

Most businesses have more than one. It tells you which is dominant, and that's where you start.

Probably, if it's just you. You don't have a design problem yet, you have a growth problem. Different work.

Come back when there's a team and revenue and you're still the single point of failure. That's the moment this pays.

No. AI is how I work, not something I hand you.

You won't be asked to learn a new stack or run a tool you didn't ask for. If something I build needs you to operate it, I've designed it wrong.

Thirty minutes. I ask where things stop, where revenue escapes, and where people go quiet.

You leave with a read on which break is dominant and what to address first. If I'm not the right person for it, I'll tell you on the call rather than three weeks into a proposal.

Antigua, Guatemala. South African originally. I work US, European and South African hours, which between them covers most of a working day.

I can't give you a number until I know what's actually broken.

Every engagement gets scoped from the diagnosis, not from a price list. A dam is a different job to a flood, and quoting before I've seen which one you've got means guessing.

Take the Flow Check first. Free, eight questions, tells you which break is dominant. Then book a Flow Call and I'll tell you what I'm seeing and what it would take to fix it.
